After working with so many women in perimenopause, I’ve started to notice a pattern. The clients who see results quickly—whether that’s less bloating, better sleep, fewer hot flashes, or feeling more like themselves again, they all share one thing in common.

And no, it’s not “perfect discipline.” It’s not eating kale for breakfast or giving up coffee. And it’s definitely not punishing workouts.
