Through my yoga programs, I help women build sustainable yoga and wellness habits that boost energy, relieve stress, and fit seamlessly into busy lives—all while having fun and feeling empowered in your body.
I'm most known for my signature Hip Hop Yoga Classes. In a hip hop yoga class we blend yoga and hip hop vibes to help beginners and those that feel out of place in traditional yoga settings feel at ease, laugh and play, while building strength and flexibility.
But recently, I've shifted my focus to working with women needing hormonal support. I specialize in helping women improve their hormonal symptoms with yoga.
