Support for women navigating perimenopause and menopause who are tired of doing more and getting nowhere.
You've tried the supplements. Changed how you eat. Exercised. Cut back on caffeine. Downloaded the meditation app. Worked on your sleep routine.
And yet you can still find yourself wide awake at 3AM, exhausted by afternoon, craving something to keep you going, or wondering why your body doesn't respond the way it used to.
You haven't given up on feeling good.
You're just tired of doing more and getting nowhere.

One that starts by asking a different question.
Can your body recover from what you're asking it to do?
And can you come back and do it again?
You don't need to make wellness another full-time job. You need support that fits the body and life you have now.
Whether you need a place to practice intentional rest, or you're ready for deeper support with your eating habits, exercise, stress management, and overall midlife wellness — there's a place to start.

REST CLUB
Your shoulders are still tight. Your breathing is shallow. Your thoughts keep moving. You finally sit down, but relaxing feels harder than it should.
Then bedtime comes. Maybe you fall asleep easily, only to find yourself awake again at 3AM.
Rest Club gives you a regular place to stop doing and practice recovery.

Rest Club is an ongoing online yoga membership for women 35+, especially women navigating perimenopause and menopause.
At the center is a weekly live Rest & Recover class on Zoom. You'll practice deeply supported restorative yoga and gentle regulation practices designed to help you shift out of constant doing and into rest and presence.
You'll also have access to recorded class replays and on-demand classes for the weeks when attending live doesn't work.

You don't need to become perfectly calm.
You're practicing something much more useful.
Do things. Recover from them. Then have the capacity to do them again.

HORMONE HARMONY COACHING PROGRAM
You've spent years hearing that taking care of yourself means doing more. Be more disciplined. Exercise harder. Eat less. Manage your stress better.
But what happens when doing more leaves you more tired, more overwhelmed, and less sure what your body actually needs?
Hormone Harmony offers a different way forward.

The Hormone Harmony Coaching Program is a 12-week program for women who want support beyond Rest Club — with eating habits, exercise, stress management, and sustainable midlife wellness.
The Hormone Harmony Method focuses on three areas:
Instead of piling more rules onto your life, you'll learn how to think differently about what you're asking of your body and how you support it afterward.
The program includes weekly group coaching calls and accountability.

Learning to build genuine rest into your life so your body can actually repair and restore — not just stop being busy.
Understanding what your body needs to be fueled and supported — without restrictive rules or another diet to follow.
Finding the kind of movement that builds strength and supports your hormones — rather than depleting what little energy you have left.
Most importantly: you haven't accepted that feeling exhausted and disconnected from your body is simply what getting older has to look like.

Hormone Harmony isn't about seeing how much more you can make yourself do.
It's about learning to ask:
You'll learn practical ways to support recovery, nourishment, and strength in an order that makes sense for your life.
The goal isn't to spend your days thinking about perimenopause. It's to build a way of caring for yourself that allows you to participate in your life.

If what you need most is permission and space to stop pushing, start with Rest Club. Practice rest. Practice recovery. Give yourself somewhere to come down from the demands of the week.
If you're ready to look at the bigger picture — including your eating habits, movement, recovery, and the way you care for yourself in midlife — explore Hormone Harmony.
Work.
Family.
Movement.
Travel.
Hobbies.
Dinner with friends.
Big goals and quiet weekends.
Taking care of yourself doesn't have to become the center of everything. The goal is to support yourself well enough that you have more capacity for the life you actually want to be living.
Rest Club gives you a place to practice recovery. Hormone Harmony helps you build a broader approach to caring for your whole midlife body.
