HORMONE HARMONY COACHING PROGRAM
You've spent years hearing that taking care of yourself means doing more. Be more disciplined. Exercise harder. Eat less. Manage your stress better.
But what happens when doing more leaves you more tired, more overwhelmed, and less sure what your body actually needs?
Hormone Harmony offers a different way forward.

The Hormone Harmony Coaching Program is a 12-week program for women who want support beyond Rest Club — with eating habits, exercise, stress management, and sustainable midlife wellness.
The Hormone Harmony Method focuses on three areas:
Instead of piling more rules onto your life, you'll learn how to think differently about what you're asking of your body and how you support it afterward.
The program includes weekly group coaching calls and accountability.

Learning to build genuine rest into your life so your body can actually repair and restore — not just stop being busy.
Understanding what your body needs to be fueled and supported — without restrictive rules or another diet to follow.
Finding the kind of movement that builds strength and supports your hormones — rather than depleting what little energy you have left.
Most importantly: you haven't accepted that feeling exhausted and disconnected from your body is simply what getting older has to look like.

Hormone Harmony isn't about seeing how much more you can make yourself do.
It's about learning to ask:
You'll learn practical ways to support recovery, nourishment, and strength in an order that makes sense for your life.
The goal isn't to spend your days thinking about perimenopause. It's to build a way of caring for yourself that allows you to participate in your life.

Do I have to do yoga?
You don't HAVE to do yoga but it is highly encouraged as part of my coaching process.
Is this right for me if I'm new to yoga?
Yes. My methods and programs work for women of all levels whether you're new to yoga, experienced, or coming back to the practice.
Do we talk about food and weight loss?
Yes. Food and Nutrition is a big part of what we will work on together. My approach is body positive and weight neutral meaning I prioritize healthy behaviors and holistic well being over scale weight.
How long do people usually work with you?
Coaching programs are 6-12 weeks. But most of my clients have been with me for years. Once coaching ends most people move on to the membership and begin taking weekly group yoga classes and participate in monthly wellness challenges to continue practicing and reinforcing what they learned during coaching.
How does yoga help with menopause symptoms?
When estrogen drops in perimenopause and menopause, your built-in stress shield weakens. That means cortisol (your main stress hormone) runs higher and hits harder — leading to belly fat that won’t budge, hot flashes that flare up with stress, sleepless nights, and feeling more anxious or on edge.
Yoga for menopause helps calm your nervous system through gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness. This lowers cortisol, brings your body back into balance, and gives you real relief.
It’s not just stretching — it’s nervous system regulation. And that’s exactly what your hormones are craving right now.
How is this different from one of your other yoga classes?
1. Menopause Yoga is tailored for your body during perimenopause and menopause. Every move, breath, and meditation targets hot flashes, sleep, mood, and energy—so you get relief and feel good in your body.
2. Regular yoga is great for flexibility and strength. Menopause Yoga is great for you—it’s designed to calm your nervous system, balance hormones, and help you feel like yourself again.
3. Think of it as yoga with a purpose: instead of a generic class, Menopause Yoga focuses on the changes your body is going through now, helping you sleep better, reduce stress, and boost energy.
How is this different from other menopause solutions (like meds, diets, or supplements)?
Most of those options focus on managing symptoms from the outside in. This series works from the inside out by calming your nervous system, balancing your hormones naturally, and helping you reconnect with your body. That’s why women in this program don’t just mask symptoms — they actually sleep better, feel calmer, and regain their energy in ways that last.
What if I don’t have time for another program?
I get it. You’re already busy. That’s exactly why this program is designed to fit into your life — not take it over. You’ll spend just 90 minutes once a week on the mat, and I’ll give you simple tools you can use in under 5 minutes a day. That small time investment adds up to more sleep, more energy, and more calm — which actually saves you time (and stress) in the long run.
What happens after the program ends?
You’ll walk away with lifelong tools to manage your menopause symptoms, plus the option to continue inside my membership community if you want ongoing support, accountability, and fresh practices each month.
What if it doesn’t work for me?
Here’s the truth: this works when you work it. I’ve seen this transformation happen for dozens of women just like you. If you show up, try the practices, and stay consistent, you will see results. And you won’t be doing this alone — I’ll be guiding you every step of the way.

I’m Ashley - a yoga teacher and wellness coach who supports women through perimenopause and menopause.
I’m also a woman navigating this season myself. I understand how frustrating it can feel when your body, energy, sleep, and stress levels start to shift, and the things that used to work no longer feel like enough.
My approach brings together yoga, strength training, and practical wellness support to help you build habits that fit your life now. No pressure to do everything perfectly. Just realistic ways to move your body, care for yourself, and feel more supported through this season.
You matter, sis. And taking care of yourself matters, too
