Basic to Bad B: Yoga for Complete Beginners Program

The Basic to Bad B: Yoga for Complete Beginners Program is a program of 15 minute yoga classes designed with beginners and curvy bodies in mind. This is the best place to start if you're new to 2B Yoga. It’s great for people who are new to yoga and/or newer to fitness in general.

These yoga classes move slower, are easier to follow, and are meant to help you build your confidence in your yoga practice and overall health, fitness, and wellness.

Each class works towards a "peak pose" where we put together everything we've learned in class.



Required Props: Yoga Essentials (Mat, Blocks, Strap)


Beginner | 3 / 5 intensity | 15-20 mins/day | 3, 5, or 7 days per week


How to Progress Through this Program: Repeat the yoga sessions as a cycle a minimum of 4 times, and up to 12 cycles



Yoga sessions are just 15 minutes long, so they fit easily into your busy schedule, each designed with the complete beginner and curvy body in mind. You’ll learn the poses while building strength, flexibility, and balance, all the while increasing your confidence in your ability to stick with a movement program. There are a total of 7 yoga sessions, to be completed at 3-7 times per week. Repeat the workouts as a cycle a minimum of 4 times (7 x 4 = 28 total workouts), and up to 12 cycles, before moving on to the next program.
