BUILD

Phase 2 of the Hormone Harmony Method: BUILD is a 4-week program designed for women in menopause ready to build muscle and strength, balance, stability, and flexibility. It’s great for women who are newer to strength training or looking to boost their yoga practice. BUILD is the perfect blend of yoga and resistance-based training. This program includes 20 classes plus weekly mindset work to help you build strength, increase mobility, and help you relax your nervous system.

  • Required Props: Yoga Essentials (Mat, Blocks, Strap), Dumbbells

  • All Levels | 3 / 5 intensity | 30-45 mins/day | 7 days per week

  • Progression: Repeat the workouts as a cycle 2-3 times
