This is a program to build comprehensive core strength; the essentials of a strong and functional midsection (abs, hips, and spine) that supports your lower-back, helps you form a strong foundation for your body, and create proper alignment through the hips and spine. This program guides you through a series of core-focused workouts to address the most common core weaknesses that lead to issues like back pain, anterior pelvic tilt, and overall poor posture. By the end of this program, you will have a greatly strengthened core, and your whole body will thank you!

The Core & More program is a program featuring my most effective workouts for core strengthening, and addressing the root causes of many issues related to a lack of core strength.

The reason I created this program is because core strength is the underlying cause of many of the problems that I hear about within the 2B Yoga Community. If you suffer from back pain, if you have muscular imbalances that cause improper technique, if you’re continually getting tweaks or injuries… it’s very often related to a lack of core strength.

The program that I’ve put together here includes the workouts that I prescribe to people who are suffering from issues related to a lack of core strength. It starts with workouts that are more manageable, and also help you understand how to properly engage the muscles of your core.
