The 2025 Summer Aura Challenge is a fun game to keep you motivated throughout the lazy, hazy, days of summer. Think of it as a scavenger hunt! Over the next 5 weeks you’ll earn Aura Badges for completing specific tasks.

Who will be Aura Master and earn all 15 badges??

Here are the 15 Aura Badges you’ll be collecting starting Monday, June 30!

Power Aura - earn this aura by completing 1 power yoga vinyasa flow

Restore Aura - earn this aura by completing 1 slow flow, restorative flow, or yin yoga flow

Healing Aura - earn this aura by completing 1 meditation or breathwork class

Party Aura - earn this aura by “joining the party” and attending 1 live yoga class

Early Aura - earn this aura by completing one morning yoga flow

Night Aura - earn this aura by completing one bedtime yoga flow

Weekend Aura - earn this aura by completing a yoga class on Saturday or Sunday

Consistency Aura - earn this aura by completing 15 yoga classes

Social Aura - earn this aura by commenting 15 times in the group chat (tell us your goals/intentions for the week, share what yoga practice you’re doing, comment on someone else's post, etc)

Hype Aura - earn this aura when you hype others up 15 times in the group chat (use an emoji to respond to someone's post)

Leader Aura - earn this aura when you invite someone to attend class with you

Bite Sized Aura - earn this aura when you complete a 10 minute reset class

Mindful Aura - earn this aura when you complete one journaling session

Fun Aura - earn this aura when you complete a hip hop yoga class

FYI: "Aura points" is a slang term that is a lighthearted way of gauging someone's "coolness". It's a playful way to describe how cool or not cool someone is perceived to be in a given situation. Actions perceived as cool or confident earn you "aura points," while actions deemed awkward or embarrassing result in a loss of these points.
