These gentle movements with breath are designed to release excess heat from the body by increasing the surface area of the parts of our body that naturally sweat: the armpits and thighs.

Purpose: Letting go, surrendering to the process of change.


Theory:

  • TCM: Rebalance kidney and urinary bladder and excess fire.


  • Biology: Reduce stress to calm the nervous system and support the endocrine system to produce oestrone.
