This progression covers a variety of focuses, including proper technique, strength and flexibility, stress management techniques, balance, breathing, core strength, and relief from pain and soreness. It also guides you through the essentials of building a habit of consistent at-home exercise.
Your first 2B Yoga Class is a quick introductory yoga session that serves as both a yoga class and an explainer on how to succeed with 2B Yoga (2BY).
