Your First 2B Yoga Flow (START HERE!)

Start here! The Beginner Program Flow is the order of programs we recommend for those who are new to 2B Yoga - even if you’re not new to yoga. This progression covers a variety of focuses, including proper technique, strength and flexibility, stress management techniques, balance, breathing, core strength, and relief from pain and soreness. It also guides you through the essentials of building a habit of consistent at-home exercise. 

Your first 2B Yoga Class is a quick introductory yoga session that serves as both a yoga class and an explainer on how to succeed with 2B Yoga (2BY).

Yoga Props: Yoga Mat, Blocks, Strap, Knee Pad (optional)

Welcome to your first 2B Yoga Flow!! This quick yoga flow guides you through an easy-to-follow, all-levels 2B Yoga flow while teaching you key concepts and information to help you succeed with your wellness - and 2B Yoga.

  • Learn how to use basic yoga equipment - blocks, strap, and knee pad (or blanket/towel/pillow).
  • Understand key fitness concepts like pain vs. discomfort, modifying poses based on flexibility levels, and more.
  • Recognize the frustrations you might encounter along the way, and why these are signs you’re on the right track.
  • Learn key strategies for consistency and success; what to focus on to be successful for the long-term, and creating a positive mindset for your fitness.
  • Reminders on 2BY accountability resources to be more successful
