6 Week Series - Yoga for Menopause

A yoga class for women pre and post menopause

Yoga for menopause can: 

  • Reduce stress and calm the nervous system
  • Relieve menopausal symptoms, such as hot flashes, joint and muscle aches.
  • Release phsyical stress and tension
  • Balance your moods and emotions, such as meno-rage, anxiety, low mood. 
  • Restore energy that can be caused by insomnia and fatigue. 
  • Boost and invigorate slow metabolism and boost heart health
  • Strengthen muscles and build bone density 

In this class you can expect:

Relief from hot flashes, mood swings, sleepless nights, and the stress that comes with it all. Through a mix of gentle movement, breathwork, and restorative poses, we’ll help you balance your hormones naturally, soothe your nervous system, and feel at home in your body again.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or already practice, these sessions are designed for you — no judgment, no pressure, and no “one-size-fits-all” moves. Just a welcoming space to stretch, strengthen, and restore while connecting with other women who get it.

🌺 Menopause Yoga 6 Week Series

A holistic program to support the physical, emotional, and spiritual transitions of menopause

Are you going through the menopause? Do you understand what is happening to your body and the symptoms you could experience? Maybe you have been experiencing night sweats, rage, brain fog, anxiety?

Menopause yoga workshops could be just what you need. Each workshop helps you navigate through different symptoms you may be experiencing, offering you different techniques including breathing practices, yoga poses and restorative poses to give you the tools to help you manage these main symptoms of menopause.

I offer a 6 week menopause workshop course exploring key symptoms of menopause. Each workshop we will look in detail at the symptom and then give you the tools to help tackle it. The workshops will offer a safe space to 5-10 ladies who will share this 6 week journey together. We will share experiences, listen and be heard in our Women's Circle at the start of each workshop before delving further into the theme of the class. I will teach the first 6 classes LIVE. The others you'll get pre-recorded. Themes will include: 


  1. Hot Flushes and Night Sweats - the workshop will encompass cooling breath techniques and cooling sequences. We will have discussions to help understand triggers, as well as lifestyle and diet tips to reduce hot flushes. 
  2. Release the Rage - Rage and Irritability - the yoga practice this month will include breath awareness and grounding sequences. We will look at coping strategies and holistic approaches to this symptom. 
  3. Anxiety and Overwhelm - calming restorative yoga poses, seated meditation, wellbeing guidance and gorgeous restorative positions all to help address and tackle this common symptom. 
  4. Brain Fog, Memory and Concentration - in this workshop we will do lots of balancing sequences in our yoga practice and some mindful breathwork, we will address the role of nutrition for memory and discuss alleviating strategies.
  5. Insomnia and Fatigue - this month will include gentle yoga, calming breathwork and guided relaxations, we will discuss different relaxation techniques and tips, look at herbal remedies and understand why we are getting disturbed sleep.
  6. Digestive Issues - the yoga practice will include digestive-friendly poses, abdmoninal breathing, we will have discussions on gut health and possible dietary adjustments and look at suitable strategies.
  7. Low Mood and Weight Gain - Dynamic flow sequences will feature in this month yoga practice and look to understand why we gain weight so much when it feels we eat so little and what we can do about it. 
  8. Joint pain and Muscle Stiffness - the yoga practice this month will incorporate gentle stretching, joint mobility exercises and restorative poses. We will talk about anti inflammatory diet and other holisitic approaches and remedies.
  9. Decreased Libido and pelvic floor - this workshop will explore pelvic floor exercises and hip openers, discussions on self care practices, communication and additional strategies such as diet and stress reduction.
  10. Strength and Empowerment - the final month is about post menopause, the time to feel empowered, when we have strength to discover the new us. It is said that post menopause we find our true voice.

$40 per workshop or $129 for the 6 workshops.

    • What’s happening hormonally during menopause
    • How menopause affects mood, sleep, libido, and cognition
    • Holistic strategies for symptom relief

COMMUNITY AND SUPPORT

    • Weekly live sharing circle or check-in (30–45 min)
    • Private group
    • Optional accountability buddy for deeper connection and support
