Menopause isn't just a hormonal shift; it's a neurological one. When stress hits, it hits harder. In this 45-minute session, we use the "Bridge" method to transition out of the frantic "fight or flight" response and into a state of deep, restorative safety. Through a blend of CBT-informed breathwork, cooling somatic movement, and restorative poses, you will learn how to manually "dial down" your stress levels.
Leave the "to-do" list at the door and give yourself permission to cross the bridge from Chaos to Calm. No yoga experience is required—just a desire for a quieter mind and a cooler body.
