January Yoga for Menopause
This is an event series

A yoga program for women in menopause

Yoga during menopause can: 

  • Reduce stress and calm the nervous system

  • Relieve menopausal symptoms, such as hot flashes, joint and muscle aches.

  • Release physical stress and tension

  • Balance your moods and emotions, such as meno-rage, anxiety, low mood. 

  • Restore energy that can be caused by insomnia and fatigue. 

  • Boost and invigorate slow metabolism and boost heart health

  • Strengthen muscles and build bone density 

In each yoga class you can expect:

Relief from hot flashes, mood swings, sleepless nights, and the stress that comes with it all. Through a mix of gentle movement, breathwork, and restorative poses, we’ll help you balance your hormones naturally, soothe your nervous system, and feel at home in your body again.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or already practice, these sessions are designed for you — no judgment, no pressure, and no “one-size-fits-all” moves. Just a welcoming space to stretch, strengthen, and restore while connecting with other women who get it.

Leave each class feeling calmer, cooler, and more in control — ready to embrace this new chapter with strength, grace, and maybe even a little sass.

WEEKLY LIVE CLASS SCHEDULE

  • Mondays - Yoga for Menopause (90 min): your Weekly Women's Circle + a themed class that targets a specific menopause symptom

  • Tuesdays - Yoga Sculpt (45 min): so that you can build bone density, balance, joint-friendly strength with built in rest and mobility

  • Thursdays - Rest & Recover (45-60 min): a complete nervous system reset (bring all the props!)

IN BETWEEN CLASSES

  • You'll have access to the 2B Yoga On Demand Library where you'll find 100s of classes, meditations, programs to follow on your own
