I'm Ashley, a yoga instructor and wellness coach who blends mindfulness with a little bit of hip hop vibes.
I help women in perimenopause and menopause feel strong, calm, and confident in their bodies again — without dieting, extremes, or burnout.
This isn’t about shrinking yourself.
It’s about rebuilding trust with your body and creating habits you can maintain in real life.
Through my programs, I help them build sustainable yoga and wellness habits that boost their energy, relieve stress, and fit seamlessly into their busy lives all while having fun and feeling empowered in their bodies.
I started teaching yoga after I noticed the lack of representation of black and brown women and curvy bodies in yoga and wellness spaces.
I offer a safe space for healing and transformation for women who often feel unseen in traditional wellness spaces.
2B Yoga is a space where you can simply be. No code-switching, no explaining, no shrinking yourself. Just freedom to move, breathe, and release.
It’s not just yoga. It’s belonging and community. It’s a place where you can finally exhale and pour back into yourself.

A gentle but powerful reset
Many women feel isolated and alone when they go through menopause, so Ashley created a Yoga for Menopause 6 Week Program that provides education, tools and techniques for symptom relief, and most importantly community. The aim is to teach you tools to ease symptoms as well as help you shift your mindset around aging.
