I'm Ashley, a yoga instructor and wellness coach who blends mindfulness with a little bit of hip hop vibes. I work with women 40 and up who feel overwhelmed, stressed, and stuck in a cycle of trying to get healthier but struggling to stay consistent. Through my yoga programs, I help them build sustainable yoga and wellness habits that boost their energy, relieve stress, and fit seamlessly into their busy lives—all while having fun and feeling empowered in their bodies.
I started teaching yoga after I noticed the lack of representation of black and brown women and curvy bodies in yoga and wellness spaces.
I offer a safe space for healing and transformation for women who often feel unseen in traditional wellness spaces.
