Mondays - Yoga for Menopause (90 min): your Weekly Women's Circle + a themed class that targets a specific menopause symptom
Tuesdays - Yoga Sculpt (45 min): so that you can build bone density, balance, joint-friendly strength with built in rest and mobility
Thursdays - Rest & Recover (45-60 min): a complete nervous system reset (bring all the props!)
