Yoga Sculpt VIRTUAL

Yoga Sculpt is a fusion of yoga, strength training, and mindfulness—designed to build muscle, increase flexibility, improve bone density, elevate heart rate, and soothe the nervous system. Unlike traditional yoga, which is slower and typically bodyweight-only, Yoga Sculpt incorporates light weights and resistance-based movements for a full-body workout. According to Well+Good, Yoga Sculpt boosts core strength, lean muscle, balance, and cardiovascular endurance in ways that regular yoga does not.

How much is the class?

Free for members of 2B Yoga. You'll get the zoom link when you sign up.

How does this work?

1. Download Zoom (super simple)

2. Sign up on the schedule page (right here)

3. Get your link in the confirmation email (plus a reminder 15 mins before class starts)

4. You’ll be admitted from the “waiting room” at the time of class.

5. Your video can be on or off. All participants will be muted when class begins. Practice along and enjoy.
